Class starts promptly at 9:00 each day. Doors open at 8:30.

This course is open to all licensed Real Estate Agents and meets the annual CE requirement for the State of Indiana for all Brokers and Managing Brokers.
Note: This course is NOT for brokers newly licensed since July 1, 2020 who must complete a state-approved 30-hour Broker post-licensing course within 2 years of your license issue date.
Class will begin promptly at 9:00 am each day and end by 3:30 pm, with a break around noon for a working lunch. Snacks and lunch will be provided each day, as well as coffee and water. You may bring your own food and drink.
Registration: Full payment of $100 is required at time of registration (includes lunch and snacks) and is non-refundable*.
A minimum of 20 individuals must register for the class to be held.
Registration deadline is March 31, 2023.
All COVID guidelines in place at the time of the class will be in effect..
*Only in the event that PCBR cancels the course (weather, lack of participants, etc) will a refund will be issued.
NOTICE: By registering for this class, you agree that if you are experiencing COVID like symptoms, have tested positive or been exposed to COVID within 10 days of the date of the class – you will not attend the class. Please notify Diane Ummel, and your registration payment will be credited to the next class.
